Dynamo, together with Frédéric Péneau and Hugo Desnoyers, co founded this new fastfood concept, a high end kebab!

Located in Bourse neighborhood, the Grillé (meaning "kebab" in Turkish) restaurant provides high quality kebab sandwiches in a high end interior design. Grillé was born from the association between Dynamo, Chateaubriand and Dauphin restaurants' co-founder Frédéric Péneau and the famous french butcher Hugo Desnoyer.
